X axial drive system

The stepper motor drives the lead screw to rotate clockwise or counterclockwise, the lead screw nut moves left and right, and drives the slide assembly to move along the X-axis. It is mainly composed of side shell, guide rail, slide block, driving plate, ball screw, coupling, hood, stepper motor, side plate, fixed frame, screw nut, etc. After calculation, the stepper motor is 537p56 series motor, and the X-axis screw is TBI cold-rolled ball screw, which is purchased with TBI nut. The accuracy level is C7 and the hardness is 60~62 HRC. The guide rail is SBR20 model, the fixed bracket is made of 45" steel, tempered and surface quenched, the plate is driven by 45" steel, the middle hole is cut to reduce its weight, the side plate is made of 45" steel, the big hole in the middle of the plate is the bearing hole, the process requirements are high, the side shell steel is pressed sheet metal, the surface spraying treatment makes the sheet metal longer service life.
