CNC engraving machine is widely used in woodworking, advertising, process, mold, construction and other industries, can carve a variety of different materials. The current CNC engraving machine is generally a single guide rail, single slide, can only carve 1 work piece at a time, can not carve 2 work pieces at the same time, the production efficiency is low, manufacturers need to buy a large number of machines to meet the processing needs.

In order to solve this technical problem, double-head double-track engraving machine has come out, its frame is set up 2 beams, beams are provided with a guide rail, each guide rail is provided with a engraving head, but the use of double guide rail installation complex, high cost.

To solve the above problems, a single-track double-head CNC engraving machine is designed. A driving device is arranged at each end of the guide rail, and the synchronous belts of the two driving devices are parallel to each other. The two engraving heads are installed on a synchronous belt, and the control system controls two motors to drive the engraving head to process according to the specified program. Because the single guide rail is used instead of the double guide rail of the current technology, the assembly difficulty is reduced, the cost is saved, the production efficiency is improved, and the service life of the engraving machine is also improved.
