Control system

The design of the control system of the horizontal three-axis engraving machine selects the open CNC system of the PC. By using the way of software interpolation, that is, PC + PC software control, the development cost of automatic engraving of the ceramic body is greatly saved. Among them, the requirements for the PC can be ordinary computers, the performance can ensure the smooth progress of automatic engraving work, such as Huawei Qingyun B730, Dell achievement 3710 and so on. As a numerical control software installed in the computer, the machine uses Mach3 software which is relatively simple in programming. In actual work, Mach3 software can be directly connected to the LPT parallel interface of the PC computer, directly control the input, output pulse and direction signal of the stepper motor driver and the engraving equipment, so as to achieve accurate control of the CNC machine tool and complete the established ceramic body engraving work. Moreover, in order to further ensure the stable operation of the control system, the control circuit also plays a vital role. The control circuit selected by the machine is the stepper motor drive chip TB6560 engraving machine interface control board introduced by Toshiba company, which is mainly composed of the drive interface and the stepper motor drive circuit. Among them, the drive interface is mainly used for the contact between the interface board and the PC computer to ensure that the automatic engraving instructions issued by the computer can be correctly issued to the CNC machine tool. The stepper motor drive circuit is the core part of the operation of the stepper motor, which is committed to transmitting the computer signal to the axis drive in accordance with the instructions, and has the following five functions. First, with automatic converter function, when the drive motor stops working, it can automatically reduce the current, reduce the motor heat, and extend the service life of the motor. Second, it has high-speed optocoupler isolation and AC/DC power isolation, which can fully protect the safety of computer use and prevent system crash caused by equipment overload. Third, with the spindle control relay, can quickly use Mach3 software to control the spindle start and stop, improve the efficiency of engraving work. Fourth, with four input control, can perform limit, emergency stop, reset, medium operation instructions, to meet the diverse needs of ceramic body engraving. Fifth, the overall use of H-bridge bipolar drive, can be 1, 1/2, 1/4, 1/16 subdivision, to achieve a comprehensive shaping of the reverse circuit input signal.
