The composition of economical horizontal three-axis engraving machine
Horizontal three-axis engraving machine is composed of control software, advance motor driver, step motor driver and engraving spindle, including feed system, control system two parts. Among them, the feed system is composed of four parts: stepper motor drive machine, stepper motor, ball screw and linear guide rail. When the system gives a certain amount of pulse to the stepper motor drive, the drive can drive the stepper motor operation to ensure that the X, Y and Z axes in the engraving machine can be followed set the planned movement. The control system is composed of CNC control software Mach3 produced by the Art soft Division of the United States, through the construction of connection channels with computer equipment, so that the hardware of each part of the horizontal three-axis engraving machine can complete the engraving processing of the blank body in order. At the same time, the horizontal three-axis engraving machine also applies the relief CAD/CAM technology, through VisualC++ as a development tool, Object ARX as a database to support the engraving processing, to achieve the complete automation of ceramic body engraving processing. In actual work, through the cooperation of the above three systems, the horizontal three-axis engraving machine can make the tool run at high speed on the engraving spindle, and complete the up and down, front and back movement with the rotation of the Y and Z axis stepper motor, to ensure that the workpiece can move around the rotation of the X axis servo motor, to achieve the ultimate goal of controlling the mutual movement of the engraving spindle and the ceramic body. Thus, the process of ceramic body engraving is completed.
