Artech CNC Completes Custom Foam Sculpture Machining for Client In-house

Artech CNC Company recently finished a custom foam sculpture carving project for a valued customer at its manufacturing workshop.

Inside the factory workshop, the dual robotic arm CNC machining system was in operation. The robot end effector precisely moved along the preset programmed path, continuously milling the white foam blank. The workpiece gradually took on the delicate, curved shape of the custom sculpture. The whole process adopted multi-axis robotic machining technology, which can efficiently handle complex 3D curved surfaces, delivering high-precision carving for foam mold and art sculpture applications.

The project team communicated closely with the client in the early stage, fully understanding the dimensional requirements and surface details of the sculpture. After program simulation and on-site testing, the machining process was optimized. The finished workpiece achieves excellent contour accuracy and smooth surface effect, fully meeting the client’s design expectations.

The customer expressed great satisfaction with the final machining result. This project further demonstrates Artech CNC’s robust capability in customized robotic carving solutions, especially for complex 3D model processing in foam, resin and similar materials.
