ARTECH CNC’s Dual Robot Arm Linear Track Automation Solution Passes Customer Simulation Verification

ARTECH CNC Company has recently completed the simulation validation of its dual robotic arm linear track automation production line solution for a manufacturing client. After multiple rounds of workflow simulation and scheme optimization, the client expressed high recognition of the whole automation system.

The customized system consists of two collaborative robotic arms, long travel linear guide rails, automatic feeding station and end processing unit. One stationary robot undertakes raw material grabbing and loading workpieces onto the transfer rail. The second robot installed on the linear track moves back and forth along the long rail to complete workpiece positioning, transferring and auxiliary processing.
