ARTECH CNC Completes Wooden Case Packaging, Milling Robot Arm Ready for Shipment to Client

ARTECH CNC Company has finished full packaging of a customized milling robot arm ordered by its furniture manufacturing client, with all cargo securely loaded into export-standard wooden crates and ready for delivery at the company’s production workshop.

This milling robot arm was tailor-made according to the customer’s on-site processing demands, specially used for curved chair surface milling, cutting and shaping. After finishing assembly, precision debugging, repeated testing and quality inspection by ARTECH’s engineering team, the equipment passed all performance acceptance standards before entering the packaging process.

To avoid collision, moisture and damage during long-distance transportation, the workshop team adopted thick solid wooden cases with shockproof foam lining inside. Key precision components including spindle, robot joint drive and control cabinet were wrapped separately with anti-rust film and cushioning materials. All equipment accessories, operation manuals, spare parts and tool kits were sorted, labeled and fixed inside the wooden boxes. Every crate was reinforced with metal fasteners and marked with clear shipping labels, product information and fragile reminders.

On-site staff stated that strict packaging procedures fully comply with international logistics transportation norms, which can effectively protect the high-precision robot arm from bumps and environmental changes in transit. After finishing final counting and inspection, the wooden crates will be moved to the loading area and shipped to the customer’s factory within the scheduled time.

The client previously placed the order for the milling robot arm to upgrade their solid wood furniture processing line. They highly recognized the equipment’s stable machining accuracy and flexible multi-angle processing capacity during pre-delivery tests, and look forward to putting the robot arm into formal production once received.
