ARTECH CNC Completes Frame Manufacturing for Custom 5-Axis CNC Router

Recently, ARTECH CNC COMPANY has successfully finished the precision manufacturing and structural calibration of the full machine frame for a customized 5-axis CNC router for an overseas client, marking the official start of complete machine assembly.

This custom 5-axis machine is specially designed for high-precision 3D processing of foam, stone, art sculptures and complex molds, which requires extremely high structural rigidity, stability and vibration resistance. Adopting thick-walled square steel integral welding structure and professional stress-relief tempering treatment, the machine frame effectively avoids deformation and vibration during long-term continuous operation, ensuring stable accuracy for complex 5-axis simultaneous milling.

The machine adopts a fixed gantry structure. The base, columns and crossbeam are integrally precision-machined. All mounting reference planes for linear guides and transmission parts have been strictly calibrated to guarantee industrial-level parallelism and verticality of each axis. After multiple rounds of precision testing and correction, the whole frame features strong rigidity, balanced load-bearing and excellent stability.

As the core foundation of 5-axis CNC equipment, the qualified machine frame has passed customer inspection and recognition. ARTECH CNC will proceed with the assembly and commissioning of the 5-axis head, transmission system and electric control system to ensure on-time delivery.
