ARTECH CNC Company Delivers Custom Milling Robot Arm Solution for Large Workpiece in Limited Space

ARTECH CNC Company recently completed a customized solution design of milling robot arm for one client, addressing the tough challenge of processing oversized carving workpieces within a restricted operating area.

The client planned to produce large carved components, but was constrained by the small on-site workshop space. Conventional robot layout schemes could not meet both the workpiece size requirement and space limitation at the same time. To solve this dilemma, our technical team carried out targeted 3D layout design, drawing the complete workstation working drawing according to the client’s site condition and processing demands.

With the digital workstation model, engineers visually demonstrated the whole workflow, robot motion range, workpiece clamping layout and safety zone to the customer. The 3D drawing intuitively verified that the milling robot arm can fully complete large-size carving tasks smoothly inside the limited enclosure, without motion interference or space shortage.

The client highly recognized this visualized pre-simulation design. This digital design method helps customers preview the whole workstation before manufacturing, effectively avoid layout risks, shorten project implementation cycle.
